Hi! My name is Dr. Matthew Alch (Chiropractor) and I am your local chiropractor in the Malabar area.
Having practised as part of Sydney Spinal Care since 2002, I have a wealth of experience treating patients with all forms of musculoskeletal health concerns. Your treatment will begin with a thorough and detailed diagnosis (with X-ray imaging if deemed necessary), before working with you to create a customised chiropractic care plan.
Before addressing your health concerns with chiropractic care, we first need to find the source of your problem. We ask that you bring your previous X-ray images, CT or MRI scans on your first visit so that we can develop a better understanding of your body and possible conditions. In the case that you don’t have copies on hand, we may refer you to a radiologist to take X-rays of your body’s problem areas first, if clinically necessary.
At Sydney Spinal Care, we understand that body pains, soreness and other musculoskeletal symptoms are most likely caused by underlying problems. We may use X-ray or other diagnostic tools to gain a better understanding of what’s going on inside your body. Diagnostic imaging may also be useful in identifying other pathology or issues.
We feel that providing you with as much information before you start care, should set you up to achieve better results.
