Interests

  • Optimal spinal health
  • Antenatal and paediatrics
  • Neuroscience and the nervous system: there is so much too it, you could study it for a lifetime and still be blown away by new learnings every day

Children’s Health

Parenthood is hard enough without having to deal with extra issues of fussiness, bad behaviour, restlessness and unexplained aches and pains. Chiropractic is a gentle technique that addresses many musculoskeletal health issues experience in childhood. By addressing issues when they first appear, you give your kids a better chance of growing up without these issues getting worse.

What we try to achieve is the same in both a child and an adult – a better functioning nervous system. In my opinion this is more important in a child as this is when the foundations are laid and what all further learning and behaviour will be based on. If a child has issues and we ignore them we are setting them up for failure in the future.

Fixing issues early is often easier when recognised sooner, rather than trying to break bad patterning or habits as a teenager or an adult.

As the saying goes…

“Prevention is better than cure”
