Diversified chiropractic technique is one of the most common techniques used by chiropractors. This technique involves a hands-on placement of pressure to the affected spinal vertebrae in order to restore proper movement and free up stiff joints.
The goal of this technique is to restore mobility and function by adjusting the spine and other areas of the body. This adjustment can be done manually or with an instrument like an Activator. It can also be done with other tools like a drop table, or flexion distraction table.
Diversified Adjustment
Diversified technique is a widely used form of chiropractic. The adjustments deliver a low force high amplitude movement to gap the joints of the spine releasing pressure. This release produces anti inflammatory oils which then reduce inflammation and help mobility.
